Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Jtagz® products are not one on which a change of mind return is available. These products can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the sample or description on the accepted quotation or purchase order.
Jtagz® will accept product returns and provide you with a credit or refund where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality,
• The product is returned within 3 months of purchasing, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your Jtagz® invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Jtagz® may elect to return the product to the manufacturers to determine the nature of the problem. Jtagz® reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
JTAGZ® RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
• Your original Jtagz® Invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

A completed return form along with the returned goods will be required before action can taken in regards to a refund or exchange. Jtagz® Pty Ltd will determine the best method in returning the goods on each individual basis.
